The famed Sheriff of the Imperial City, known for his metalic arm The Iron Kirin. It is a small tribute to "The Stormriders", one of my favorite comic books by Hong Kong comic legend Ma Wing-Shing. Cloud, the lead character in the story, has a magical arm named Kirin.
